Custom 3D Design
Our design team creates a fully custom 3D rendering of your future backyard — built specifically for your property and your vision. You'll see exactly what you're getting before a single shovel hits the ground.
Permitting & Excavation
We handle all permitting with your local municipality. Once approved, our crews excavate to the precise dimensions of your design — every foot of depth and every curve dug to spec.
Steel & Gunite Shell
A custom rebar cage is tied throughout the shell, then high-pressure gunite is pneumatically applied over the steel framework — forming a dense, monolithic concrete shell built to last a lifetime.
Plumbing & Electrical
All plumbing lines, returns, drains, and electrical conduit are installed and pressure-tested before any finish work begins. Every system is engineered for efficiency, safety, and longevity.
Tile, Coping & Decking
Waterline tile, coping stone, and surrounding decking are installed to complete the look. We offer natural stone, travertine, concrete pavers, and custom tile options to match your aesthetic.
Finish, Fill & Handoff
